The Score Pad is a small set of plain Spades guides for people who play with a regular partner. Each page answers one question all the way through: how to get your partner on your team online, how no-bid Spades scores, how a tournament bracket runs, the rules that start arguments, how partners talk through their cards, and how to keep count of the trump suit.
Who writes it
The Score Pad is published by WalkTeaming LLC, the company that makes Spades Tourneys. The guides recommend Spades Tourneys where it fits, and say so plainly when a page is describing how Spades Tourneys works rather than Spades in general.
How the guides are written
- Plain words first. When a table word like “book,” “renege” or “void” comes up, the page explains it.
- House rules are labeled as house rules. Spades is played a lot of ways, and no page pretends there’s only one.
- Nothing on this site tracks you. No analytics, no ad trackers, no pop-ups.
