I’m Jeremy Criddle. I write the ADHD Hunter and ADHD Runner book series, and I run a small network of independent content sites — RookOps is one of them.
I’ll be direct about what this site is and isn’t: I’m not a physician, and nothing here is medical advice. What this site does is real, sourced research — on TRT specifically, that means disclosing real risk data (the documented increase in polycythemia risk, fertility suppression, the genuinely unsettled state of the cardiovascular research) rather than presenting a one-sided sales pitch. Every page includes both an affiliate disclosure and an explicit reminder to consult a physician, not just the standard affiliate line used elsewhere on my other sites.
How I Research
Where the evidence is genuinely mixed — like TRT’s long-term cardiovascular effects — this site says so directly rather than manufacturing false certainty in either direction. Where a partner’s terms have a real caveat (TRT Nation’s 2.5-month minimum commitment, for example), that’s stated plainly rather than left out.
This site earns a commission on TRT Nation and Paternity Lab purchases made through links here, at no extra cost to you. See the full disclosure.
